Accomplishments in the Arab World
- Helping and supporting the patriotic direction towards the Arab Unity and adopting all Arab nationalist issues while he was Assistant Secretary General to the Arab League (1950 - 1957).
- Defending the Arab Issues in the Security Council and the United Nations while he was a representative of Syria and Saudi Arabia in the UN (1950- 1962). For example, he was a strong defender of Arab Maghreb issues, especially Tunisia and Algeria during their struggle against the French colonialism.
- Preparing a comprehensive study to enhance the Arab League in 1979.
